Our resident Yoga instructor, Manesh, brings with him over 10 years of experience in teaching Yoga. Hailing from Kerala, India, Manesh is trained in Hatha Yoga, Traditional style, Sivananda style, and gained his qualification in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga from The Yoga Alliance United Kingdom.
