From 1 July–14 Sept 2026, The Spa Retreat, Mandhoo, Grand Water Villas and Muraka will undergo enhancements. Guest experience remains unchanged with wellness services continuing at the Overwater Spa and curated dining available in different venues.
Villa rates exclude transfers. Seaplane (US$700 net/adult) or speedboat transfers are mandatory. Enjoy 30% savings on seaplane transfers for stays between April 11, 2026 – September 30, 2026.
Compulsory NYE supplement will apply for stays on 31 December 2026 and includes the Gala Dinner. The charge is USD 1093.95 per adult inclusive of taxes. Child 5 yrs and under do not pay any supplement. Child 6 – 11 yrs pay 50% of the adult rate.
