what you need to know

Our island time is one hour ahead of Maldives time. Guests should arrive 15 minutes before the reservation.

Please inquire on the operating times of Ithaa Undersea Restaurant when making a booking. The restaurant is open only several days a week.

Special events at the Spa and Food & Beverage venues must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

Rates do not include transportation charges. Upon booking, guests are requested to mention the location they will be travelling from, in order to provide the transportation fee. Any guests visiting from other resorts located 100km or more from Conrad Maldives should have an overnight stay booking.

Footwear is not permitted inside the restaurant and should be left at the entrance. Guests are kindly requested to dress in smart casual attire, with collared shirts and tailored shorts or trousers for men, and elegant resort wear for women; tank tops, sportswear, beachwear, sleepwear, and other overly casual clothing are not permitted.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the event will incur a 50% charge, while no-shows or cancellations without a valid reason will be charged in full. Prices are quoted in USD and include a 10% service charge and applicable government taxes; menus and pricing are subject to seasonal changes, and reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance due to limited availability.
