At just 23 years old, Gabriela Filca became one of the youngest women ever to lead a Michelin-starred kitchen, taking the helm of Nebo Restaurant & Lounge at Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort & Spa. Under her leadership, the restaurant retained its Michelin star in 2024, the same year she was named Gault&Millau’s Great Chef of Tomorrow, recognizing her as one of the most promising talents shaping the future of fine dining.
